What are you eating after your cardio session? I've always been curious whether people eat carbs after their cardio?

Eggs, bacon, toast and oatmeal. If i do not have time to prepare, I will eat whatever spaghetti, rice anything :druggie:
 
Do you feel that eating carbs after running is okay though? I mean, you just burned away some fat and shit, but after you run and eat carbs, won't it get stored both in your liver and fat cells?

That's what has always confused me. I would always run at night so I'd only eat protein afterwards and maybe some veggies.

in regards to winter's question...i'm not to sure but in college, the swimmers (and they had long swimming workouts as i did a few) they would eat right after working out and they always had a "fat" look to them throughout the swim season.
