BB shrugs (10x225)x7 FST-7 this was just crazy, smoke my entire neck,traps I mean everything up there..

I throw some abs today at the end and prolly will do it everyday from now on. My back still hurt lit bit, i wear belt during most of my workout today to prevent to get it worst. Well just post some pics from this morning I want you guys opinion, I think lost water and look lit bit more dry. Be the judges guys...
 
Bi`s and Tri`s:
EZ bar curl(12x70)(10x90)(10x100)
seated triceps press(15x60)(10x80)(10x100)
incline DB curl(12x30)(10x40)(9x40)
lying tricep ext.(15x20)(12x25)(12x30)
OH cable curl (2plates) 10 reps FST-7
triceps pushdowns (5plates) 12 reps FST-7

This is the most brutal arms workout I`ve done so far, 60 sec rest between sets,30 sec rest on th FST-7. Sweat like a racing horse, lol. Great pump and nice muscle pain, will continue doing this till the end of cycle.
 
no lifting today, just some cardio and abs.
2mile run
20 min of abs (crunches, leg raises, regular abs, planks) all with 30 sec between move about 4 sets. Relax and getting ready for tomorrows workout chest and tri`s.....
 
Dude just jumping on for the tail end ! I am all caught up though, you have to be impressed with the results so far bro you got great gains bud. Keep up the hard work!

Feeling good on this routine I can tell the blood flow is good and the pumps even better. No FST-7 this week cause is heavy week less reps, less sets.
