I throw some abs today at the end and prolly will do it everyday from now on. My back still hurt lit bit, i wear belt during most of my workout today to prevent to get it worst. Well just post some pics from this morning I want you guys opinion, I think lost water and look lit bit more dry. Be the judges guys...
