Arms day:
warm up with some crazy shit my CPT wants to do today with 45,35,25 lbs plate 10,15,20 reps
preacher (15x80)(10x80)x2(9x80)
hammers (15x30)x3
skullcruchers W/U (20x60) (15x80)x3
reverse grip triceps pull downs (15x30)(15x40)(15x50) super set with one arm cable curls (10x20)x3
pull downs(drop downs) 4,6,8,10,12,15 reps from 80,70,60,50,40,30 lbs in that order
Was smoking, pumped like a beast, agression in the gym has increase very well. I got a question for you guys. HOW THE FUCK I`m feeling stronger more muscular but not gaining any weight? If it`s possible that I`m burning fat and thats Why I don`t see any gain on weight?? Cause my belly looks to start going down lit bit, but I just increase protein and cals this week so hopefully see a diffrence next week or so.

The biggest mistake we make is not adding more calories/protein/etc, while on cycle. The bigger we get the more we need to eat. Add more food and youll see more weight added bro

Don't go so much off the scale more on how you look and feel. The weight will always come when you are eating right.
 
Thnx guys I weight my self once a week but I won`t do it for at least 2-3 weeks from now. I pack me self up with some protein bars and more albacore tuna bags etc, so I can have then on hand for during the day plus yesterday I start taking to go plates from Dfack at lunch for my pre-workout meal. I will post pics later so you guys can judge my progres if theres any.

I was ready to DL 315 today so my head was on that bar with the plates on it since I walked to the gym, I start it slow and easy and I pulled my goal for today 315lbs and did x2. So I went up to 405 failed, but don`t gave up easy drop to 365 and pull that shit once...stronger like a thunder,lol. I`m done with d-bol, did 4 weeks of it so just test only from now on...

Pin(9th) this morning smooth and drive start to increase(this is a problem for me here,lol), strenght is real good. It was suppost to be a light day but went to hell when hit the standing press. Day off tomorrow. Acne is not getting worst so thats a good sign at least. Enjoy the weekend guys...
 
yesterday was a day off just rest no cardio nothing.... chest today, no more d-bol in this week so hope my strenght is still the same after it. NO SCALE FOR THIS GUY till may.
