Hey Dude;

You're lifting some heavy ass weight there - looks good. You might want to try sticking a 15 or 20 lb weight between your legs when you do those hanging lifts. I've done that in the last few months with good results for the abs.

Keep at it dude!

yeah, i've done stuff like that in the past... but recently I have noticed my abs respond well to pretty much anything that I do, as long as I keep in consistent

I normally do weight crunches, etc on ab days, so I get plenty of resistance out of that

Yep.. that shit just eats through you.. especially when using over 50mcg/day. I doubt I'll ever run that shit again. It even prolonged muscle soreness, lost a little strength, etc.. Other then guys precontest running loads of gear, I tell people not to bother.

how do you feel energy wise?

energy comes and goes... its not too bad at this point, but if I don't sleep enough or anything thing else in the equation is off, i'm fucked for the day... the strength is still pretty much there, so thats always a good thing

yeah, it was one of those "hey lets try it out"... and i'm not disappointed I did, but it definitely has killed my weight big time

I'm going to wean myself off of it and then keep up the with the cutting for a couple more days after and hop on the PCT

Wow - great meal plan - are you in Ketosis? If so do you think it's working for you to burn some fat? I just finished a 3 month diet and dropped 3 points bodyfat but I'm still at 17% so I was going to try the lo carb thing. It was a long 3 months watching the cals and trying not to lose muscle. According to the test I gained 3lbs of lean - but that's not really noticeable.

Thanks dude - keep up the good work - BTW - finish that paper?

yeah man, the super low carb has worked well for me, the gear has helped me retain most of my muscle mass, but its tough it get both

the paper is finally done... spent 21 straight hours on it... from 4pm yesterday to 1pm today, no sleep, no nothing

i'm hurting bad right now

Day 113

can safely say that I don't know how I'm awake... just pulled an all-nighter plus some to finish up this fucking paper

NO TRAINING

don't know what I ate, but I know I took a whole hell of alot of stimulants... 30mg Adderrall, 800mg caffeine, a 16oz sugar free :) energy drink, and 4 Thermorexin

the paper was a real bitch and it wound up that I had to make a completely new outline to make it flow and I had to do a bunch more research... all I have to say is fuck me

100mg Test Prop...injected into right glute... went relatively well
