I will be starting a log to keep track of my gains on cycle. lol i will also be cutting with 3J!! really excited about this!

I will be running test p/ Mast p 400mg a week and starting week five i will be adding tren a at 75mg eod. I am 6'2" and sitting pretty at 260lbs, high teens bf. Trying to get it checked, nowhere around me though. been lifting heavy for a while now.


My goals are to cut as much fat as possible while mainting and even adding lean muscle. I will be on a 5 days split:

Monday
Leg extensions- 2 x 15 (warm up sets)
Squats 1-12,1-10 3-8
Leg extensions-3-12
Leg press 4-10
Leg Curls-3-12
Lunges-3-10

Tuesday
Off Day, Schedule is hectic, Basketball games @ night.

Waiting on 3j for new diet. I think im eating around maintence or just above at 3000 cals. Not sure on the exact details will know more once we've talked thuroughly.

Current Diet:

Meal 1:
1 whole egg
7 egg whites
3 piece of ezekiel bread
1 tablespoon of olive oil (cook with)

Meal 2:
6oz Chicken breast
1 cup of green beans or 1 cup salad
40 almonds

Meal 3:
6oz turkey breast, divided into two sandwhiches. or 1/2 cup red brown rice and 3oz turkey breast two pieces of ezekiel bread.

Meal 4:
6oz Chicken breast
1 cup of grean beans or 1 cup salad
40 pieces of almonds

PWO:
1/2 Bagel, Banana, 50g whey protein shake

Meal 5:
6oz Top round steak
1 cup of broccolli
1 tablespoon of olive oil (cook with)

Haha not really i only work one body part a week and like to give it everything i got.


Pinned test mast monday via slin pin in the delts smooth as eggs!! No pain didnt take long and only slight soreness this morning.

Normal workout,as to be expected no changes yet.

Im not to worried about the number on the scale never have been, just want to cut down. Today is no weights just bball tonight.
 
I got bloods done before cycle. About a month ago, everything came back normal except my test levels were low at 380. So ive been waiting to get some exogenous test in me to feel better.

Yesterday was the longest day, couldnt wait for today pin. Slin pinned test and mast in the pecks today no pip it was smooth as eggs! Will be hitting the gym in an hour.


I plan on getting bloods done in week 8. And again a month after pct.
 
i apologize that its been awhile since i updated, for those who care. I just got my computer fixed. Today was inject day. But since im out of town for a week in a half i had to ship my self two vials, one of each and some pins. Didnt use slin pins so i did right delt 2ml 21guage. smooth as butter, this is some of the best gear ive ever ran.

Test is starting to creep up which is nice. I dont feel tired all day or the need to sleep 12 hours to feel fully refreshed. 7 hours and im good to go... libdo is starting to pick up. Also i noticed some of my lifts at the gym are getting easier. cranking out more reps.

Anyways, i did chest today and im guessing it was the masteron, but i had the craziest back pumps of my life today! it was awesome. Ive never had it like this on just test. and i havent started the tren yet. I also had a really good chest workout, great pumps. Decided to knock off a couple lifts, then played a little basketball. Great work out today, looking forward to shoulders tomorrow.

I will see what i can do about pictures for you visual whores. I have to edit tattoos since i have a rap sheet.. :(... feel free to ask any questions.
 
Im working on a camera my phone doesnt take good pics. Pos. Anyways did shoulders today shit was crazy. Throwing weight around. Also did forearms and the pump was insane. Muscles are starting to harden a bit. Really looking forward to the mast kicking in fully. And then of course the tren :)
 
havent started 3j yet. got robbed so i have to wait for money to come in to get with him. Should be around week 4, one week before tren. otherwise im following the diet that is posted. thats 3js diet worked with him right after christmas for five weeks. Saw really good results. lean muscle and fat loss. more energy too.


as far as the cycle goes, im not sure but it could be the masteron giving me and increase in appetite. ALWAYS Hungry.. muscles are beginning to look fuller and feel harder. Im extremely sore after work outs. what else are you interested in?
 
brother this is gonna be fun to follow,i cant wait to see how you progress,esp with the masteron,since i will be running it next cycle,ive got faith in ya big brother,you can do it!!!!! Im with ya 110%!!
 
i really appreciate that brother! i hope i can give you useful feed back with the masteron. i should let you know that today is my last pin of the 2nd week and already my bp is up and im guessing my rbc count is up because i get warm real quick and very antsy. Heart rate is up and is annoying. i have to go donate some blood. will be pinning in a little bit then going to work out. will update afterwards.
