talked to a guy from customs

i was at this party last night and met this dude who works for homeland security in customs. i asked him a shit load of questions. heres there deal...
i asked him if they flag your address if you get a pack seized, he said yes. after you get flagged, everything coming through with your name on it will be checked.
i asked him what sorts of things look suspicious...he said the weight, size, what is supposed to be inside, fake names, etc. he said that they randomly check packs constantly.
he said the only way they can arrest you is if you sign for something, without a signature, you dont claim that it is yours.
he said drugs typically are searched for in trends..for example, right now, steroids arent that big of a deal, meth is their main focus right now. but steroids have had their time in the limelight and it will probably come back eventually.
he said they run a field test on suspicious unmarked materials to find out if it is one of 15 stated drugs.
he said if your pack comes and youre not there so the post office holds it and you send your gf to sign for it, she will be prosecuted as if it were hers.
he said the best option is to find a remailer from inside the u.s.
thought i would let you guys know, i hope that clears some stuff up.

i agree here---------the addy i use has been seized twice in 1 mnth-----same name
had to go back to it 6 months later. never a prob again
maybe because very small orders? not worth flagging?

Ive been telling everyone on this board that and they keep saying no signing is the best way, lol. Glad someone else knows whats up signing for shit is horrible. Raw proof of guilt period. Why the Mod's on here keep saying otherwise has me dumb founded.

couple things. I don't believe they flag your address however I do believe that if they by chance pull your package once and send you a letter then if they by chance pull another one belonging to you and send you another letter well I suppose they will see they have already sent you one letter.
I really believe it's random pulling of packages. How many tens of thousand of parcels pore into canada everyday. That's a huge man force of labour to be watching that much. I've got packages that haven't even been stamped by customs or where it entered into canada.

Ok how about this. SC says they don't need a sig if LE wants to bust you. And I tend to think the same. IF they want you that' means they must have other stuff on you like a transcript of an e-mail or some thing. And then as far as signing for a pack, first i sign i don't think it's a big deal but that's not to say that i would much rather not sign. And if some thing makes it to court no matter what something with your sig on it WILL make a fucking difference some how being worse off then some thing WITHOUT your signiture on it.
Now that's just plane old comman sence, Woulden't you say? That hole Flag thing you should have asked him at what point do they FLAG some. For what reason or do they flag a guy for steroids small order? So then just cuzz you get a package pulled by costums that don't mean your flaged. Obviously cuzz a lot of us including me have had a pack pulled and then got other packs that did not get touched. And for me yes with the same address all the time. I'm thinking they flag spacific people that they are looking at not just some joe shmo that just got some vials sent to him in the mail. NO?

So what is stopping you from sending drugs in the mail in a conspicuous manner to a house repeatedly and getting them arrested?

Also, the reason I don't think a signature has anything to do with getting arrested is because you could have no idea what was in the package. You might have been sent something and not known about it.

Just referring to the dea show, they intercepted a package in the mail containing marijuana, then had an undercover cop deliver it to the address on the package. And arrested the guy. I understand what you mean tho.. Just saying what I saw..

when i had 5 dianabol pills sent to me to prove hes legit the package turned up and you can clearly see it has been opened i told my souce and he said ill pack the next one better ect ect so 2 weeks later i got the customs letter in the mail now since then anything i get sent next day delivery (not gear) takes 2-3 days to get 2 me so i do believe in the flagging.

Watch the show "DEA"....they can't arrest you until you sign for it. and as far as what he meant by fake names....things like Dick Lickster....or Anita Vagina.
Also watch the show "Homeland security" they have a part on the mail customs people and they do exactly what this guy said.
