Hey guys,

I got my gear after a few ... months of wait. Thats the bad side of living in Canada lol...

My cycle will be Euro-pharmacies UGL line, Its my first time with AAS.

Test E @ 600mg/w
D-bol @ 30mg every day

Arimi 0.5mg/E3d if needed(wont start before seeing any estro/bloat sides)

Nolva @ 40/40/20/20
Clomid @ 50/50/50/50

I workout since im 12 years old, it's been 8 years this winter without ever stopping. I always been natural. I benched 400lbs RAW. Also did 450lbs with the Mad dog Slingshot. I use around 315lbs for 10reps on squat and I dont do much deadlift since I get bad lowerback pain when I do but can easily do 360x8 on reps.

My diet is almost perfect but I do eat some extra sugar on weekends.

My Meal #1 is :

-Bowl of nature oatmeal mixed with orange juice.
-Shake of whey

Meal #2

-250g fish or chicken without skin
-bowl of rice OR wheat bread pita OR pasta

GYMtime

-No-explode(Pre)
-San nutrition V12(during)

Post-workout

-Shake of whey
-Glass of powdered gatorade to boost insuline
-100g of meat

Meal #3

-250g Chicken without skin OR Tilapia
-a small plate of rice

Meal #4

-300g Tilapia or Tuna

Meal #5(Before Bed)

-Casein proteine shake

P.S. I dont count calories and dont weight my food, Its approximately.

As supplements I use : Vitamine D,Vitamine C, Multivitamin, Omega3-6-9 (Will use N-Acetyl-Cysteine and R-Alpha lipoic Acid while on cycle)

Stats are :

20 years old
Height : about 5'4
Weight : 182lbs
Bicep : 18inches
Chest : 44inches

I know I am 20years old, and I dont wanna sound like a smart ass. Believe me I want to compete this year or next year depending on my conditioning. This has been my lifestyle since im 12 and will continue for the rest of my lifetime. Here are some pics of me from August 2011 I think, and the last one is from April 2011. I will take some new before starting my cycle.

Looks to me like you need to increase your intake of real food and not depend on shakes for your cal/protein. More chicken, beef ect.....
I know the feeling about counting calories I just started using an app called My Fitness Pal. It couldn't be easier to use and it will give you a good idea on your cal/protein intake. Oh and a bit young for a cycle...just saying. Best of luck to you
 
Thanks for your input brother, this food schedule is only a base guideline, I often eat between meals, I did not mention egg whites,almonds,fat free cheese,etc. Thanks again!

This guy is better shape natural than just about everyone on this board who uses. I think this dude knows what he is doing, or more so than you.

I've seen you post on another board but I forgot which one. With all these pills I would make sure you add some kind of liver support in there.

I have my cycle planned but I'm waiting on my source at the moment. I want to make sure I have everything before starting.

Thanks. Yeah bro i will, N-acetyl cysteine and R-Alpha lipoic acid are added while on cycle and followed after as a liver support supplement.

Thanks bro, I will start on monday, Havent started yet. I just had a bad flu last sunday tho, I lost 9lbs. I was dehydrated like crazy, I restarted to eat like yesterday night, my stomach was messed up bigtime.

I think this will be past history in a couple weeks hahaha
 
I was just putting in my .02. I was not harsh to the OP. I scanned his diet & look like too many shakes to me & offered up an easy wasy for him to track his intake with an app. So that he could get the best out of his cycle. Not sure what is up your butt Hard maybe get your estro checked again. I've been around AAS since before you were sucking on your moms nipple, so I feel a little respect is not too much to ask.
