test, dbol, and tren log

Even tough its sunday I still went to the gym today. Since my decision to lean out I thought I would go do some cardio and workout on my right bi and right calf since both are lagging from the left. Havent done cardio in a while so i decided to start it lightly. I ran for 15 min, then went through random exersizes for each body part doing one set with really light wieght just as cardio. Between that and cardio I was done. Then I did 3 sets of concentration curls and calf raises with the lagging one. Also I did all this on an empty stomach since thats when cardio is best. After that I went to the suana for about 5 min and left. Wieght is at 230. I hoep its the water weight dropping.
 
Monday, did back today. I wasnt to into it but have no complaints. Moved nice weights and felt good. Really starting to see the bloat drop. Been off dbol for 2 weeks today and been taking dandelion root for 2 days now. Shit seems to be working. I few people have remarked that I got a little skinnier. I dont like getting smaller but its water so I know it has to and will go eventually. The plus is Im starting to see more definition coming out. Tren is supposed to arrive tomoro or day after and getting the eq tomoro. Weight is 230.
 
Shoulders was today. I switched up from military barbell presses to sitting dumbbell presses. First time doing them since I started. Before- started with 60 lbs for 10-12 reps, today did 75 lbs for 12 reps easy. Went to 85 lbs and did one set of six followed by another 2-3 sets of 5. Then front shoulder raises but my right elbow hurt so I couldnt go to heavy. Then I did some regular laterals on the smith machine. Had an extra minute so I went to use the shoulder machine for the side heads and repped 150 15 times when I usually do it for 12 fresh. Did one more set of shoulder presses on a machine to burn out and was done. Overall very good workout. Water seems to be dropping more and more. Down to 229 1/2 from 230 yesterday. Also got my EQ today and gonna take my first shot tonight. Tren is supposedly got delivered to the PO today so hopefully Ill have it tomororo.
 
Traps and lower back, damn it was good. I havent had a great workout like this in a few weeks. Started off with shrugs. I did 2 warm up sets with 135 lbs, and 225 lbs. Then I went straight to 495 and got it 15 times. The best I did before was 10-12. Then went to 585 for 8 reps the best I ever did was 3-4. I thought I would try 635 which I never did before, got it 4 times. Then I dropped the wieght back down to five plates (495) and did 2 sets. 1 of 10 and the second of 6. In the last 10 min I did hyperextensions. Didnt do as much as I wanted to do but oh well. Still great day. Wieght is down to 228 1/2. Definatly losing bloat.
 
Thur, did chest. Had a pretty shitty workout. Dont know why. I thought it was from losin bloat but my other lifts have actually improved. I started off with incline-did 185 12 times, 205 6 times (usualy 7) and 225 4 times as usuall. For flat I did a set with 225 and 205 followed by slow perfect reps with 135 to failure. I definatly felt it but the reps pissed me off. Weight is up 1.5 lbs to 230. Seeing a little more definition every day. Also got my tren and just did my first shot.
 
Friday- did legs. Really nice workout. Finally got back into sqautting since I havent been doing it from the back pumps I had on dbol. Did 315 for 10 sitting down and getting up. Then did 385 for 3 (maybe more but lost balance). After that I went back to 315 and did another 6 sets. Stayed mostly 8-10 range but last 2 sets were 6. Did 2 sets of ab and inducters and a few sets of calf raises with body wieght. Then 10 min of cardio and a little sauna. I enjoyed it. Wieght is at an even 228.
 
Saturday-did arms, it was a great day today. Started out normal. nothing to special, but in the middle of the workout I just didnt get tired. I kept going from set to set. I didnt get tired. Im thinking it might be the tren kicking in. It was very intense. Weight at 229.5
 
sunday- did cardio on an empty stomach. Walked at a fast pace for 45 min, then went from exersize to exersize doing light light weight with high reps (about 30-50). Then I did some ab work and hit the suana for a while. Weight is at 228 flat with no food in my stomach.
 
Monday- did back. I had an excellent workout today. I think Im starting to feel the tren. Went up in wieght and about 2-3 reps from last week. Also dont remember the last time a workout was this intense or I got that many quality sets in that amount of time. People are telling me I lost wieght but Im actually gaining. Up to 231 today.
 
tuesday-shoulders. Another great workout. Started with seated dumbbell presses. Last week I started with 75 lbs, this weeks I did the 80's. Last week got the 85's 6 times and this week 8. The some more things but wont go into details. I doubt Im feeling the EQ yet so Im assuming its the tren making my workouts so intense. I dont get tired. My endurance keeps getting better and better. Wieght is at 230.
 
wed-lower back and traps. Today started out really well but had to be cut short due to some shit in the gym. started with dead lifts, did 315 for 15 reps, next did 405 for 6. Then for a good 30 min I argued with this bitch who works at the gym. By the time I was done I wasnt even in the mood to workout. Did 495 for one as was done. Didnt even start traps but its ok since they are coming along nicely as it is. Didnt weigh myself either. Bloat seems to be stcuk in one spot. Went down a little and now I feel like im bloated a little more. Probably in my head. Tren is making me very edgy, everything pisses me off.
 
Thur- chest today. First off I finally left my shitty gym and am signing up to a new one tomoro. Anyway I went to the gym Im planning on signing up and got a pass for the night. The whole day I felt weird. Tren is making me feel like a zombie. Kept zoning in and out all day. But when I got to the gym I snapped out of it and had a great workout. Started with incline barbell. Did 205 for 11 with a slight tap on the last one, where as last week I did 205 for my 2nd set and got it only 6 times. Went to 225 and got it up 6 times. Then 255 for 3 with a tap on the last. Then did some flat and decline using 225 staying between 6-8 range. I finished off with flat flyes. Did 50, 60, then 70s. At the end I ran for 5 min. Again I feel even more bloated today. Dont know if its in my head. Wieght shows for it though, 233lbs , Im hoping its muscle Im gaining.
 
fri- did legs. Wasnt to into it today but still had a nice workout. In my new gym there are much more machines and they also go higher in wieght. Went to sauna for 5 min also. Weight is 232.
 
sat- did some arms today. Very intense workout. For bis I decided to do something completely differant. Since my outerheads are lagging seriously, I did curls with an overhand grip. I dont even know how many I did but I definatly felt it in my outer heads. Well see tomoro if it was enough. As far as tris go I increased by a few reps on skull crushes. Then I did some tri extensions and dips. Finished with forearms. Weighed in at 234, I havent weighed that much since I was on dbol back 4 weeks ago. Damn I love tren.
