Thur- chest today. First off I finally left my shitty gym and am signing up to a new one tomoro. Anyway I went to the gym Im planning on signing up and got a pass for the night. The whole day I felt weird. Tren is making me feel like a zombie. Kept zoning in and out all day. But when I got to the gym I snapped out of it and had a great workout. Started with incline barbell. Did 205 for 11 with a slight tap on the last one, where as last week I did 205 for my 2nd set and got it only 6 times. Went to 225 and got it up 6 times. Then 255 for 3 with a tap on the last. Then did some flat and decline using 225 staying between 6-8 range. I finished off with flat flyes. Did 50, 60, then 70s. At the end I ran for 5 min. Again I feel even more bloated today. Dont know if its in my head. Wieght shows for it though, 233lbs , Im hoping its muscle Im gaining.
