Quick update.
Things are going fantastic.
Size and strength has been Amazing.
Side effects have been at minimal.
Some bloat, some back acne. No gyno so far, sometimes get sore chest but goes away after a while.
Diet has been great, Dads been banging away steaks like skittles.
Workouts have been going well. Changed the layout of the Reps and sets.
Instead of [RepsxSets] 10x3 its now 5x6 with more weight.
To be honest with you, my size didn't come until about week 10. My strength came about week 4/5.
After week 10 It was a pretty rapid increase of weight gain.
good work, keep going. you will get out what you put in.

Dropped a Vial Today.........
Managed to salvage 2 ml which was still in the vial.
but tossed it, not worth the risk.
This cuts my cycle down to just 8 weeks.
I won 3 vials of Asia Pharma sustainbolic.
Going to Run 1 of these at 200mg EOD
Then start PCT 3 weeks after last injection.
damn thats shit man... how many mls were left in the vial?, oh well atleast you got something else to use then..,wanted to ask you, when did you start feeling your strength really kick in? how much you weighing in atm?

Lucking real solid bro. You have made great strides. Everyone already asked about the diet so I won't even bother. If you got 3J's help, you got the best. I know you are over halfway done, so no point in rocking the boat now, but the only thing which stood out to me was your volume. I might chat with RJ about your workout routine. Less volume with higher weight is the only thing which might help you grow faster. Might not, everyone responds different. You are doing 360 reps on Monday alone. By comparison, I do 100 total. It looks like overtraining to me, but again, I am not the expert. RJ is. He helped me a ton.
