Test E 12 Weeks 600mg

Quick question for you guys.
While doing an injection in my thigh, i got blood from aspirating.
I repined a few minutes later about 1 inch away.

Thing is the first time i push the needle in around 3/4 of the way and it gets snagged and its really sore to push it further,
The first time i got to this point and decided to stop thats when i drew blood.
Second time i went throw and and got no blood,

Do you think i should just pin half way ?
Or just keep pushing it throw ?


Doing Legs today.

Breakfast so far
3 sausage 3 poached egg 3 toast
Apple
Protein shake 120g of reflex and 60g of weight gain with around 20g of peanut butter.
Bowl of Bran flakes.

Hey u said u wanted to grow right? So maybe u should do 4 sets 8-12 reps to failure on some exercises with rest periods between 45 sec to 90 sec. May not be for u but thats how i get big. It appears that ur strength is going up cause ur doing heavy weight and low reps correct? Also maybe u should add a 3 musketeers bar postworkout or gatorade also what helps me as well is when im cycling i take a 25g protein shake in water to the gym with me if im going to be there awhile. Just throwing out some ideas not trying to throw u off everyones different
 
I was changed my workout regime to what RJ suggested.
I have only just started it this week.
Will stick with it until my cycle is finished and see what the results are.
If they are better that at first i will stick with it.

short rest periods don't induce strength gains.

and a 3 muskateers and gatorade and a 25g shake? :wtf::laugh4:

I don't aspirate, or do quad injects so i can't help you there, but what size pins are you using? I use 1 inch for everything and never have any issues.

As for doing legs off the routine, careful with that. If you kill it, its gonna be hard to pull deads tomorrow. Try to stick to that layout no matter what. Plus, doing heavy legs gives you a huge boost doing it first in the week (plus you get it over with. :D)

Yep heavy legs will get your pumpin more of the good shit like gh which you will see results from continuing on to your other workouts another way that stacking your chest/shoulders/tris day after the legs without a day off can benefit you.

You can even do some lactic acid build-up inducing reps at the end for added effect.

I wasn't going to bother aspirating but something didn't feel right.
I use 1 inch , 25g

Only Change the layout becuase have been doing injections Tue,Fri
Next week i start the Sust
Doing that EOD M.W.F
Will do thighs, Chest ,Delts.

Little nervous about doing them but its only a little needle.

Leg workout was magic.

Been Enjoying the new training Regime.
Takes half the time compared to my old one and feel as thow i have had a great workout.

Just need to tweak it a little.

Going into the office tomorrow to arrange my Fitness test and medical.
I hope all goes well.
 
Try a joint supplement from the drug store like flex-a-min or whatever with glucosamine chondroitin and has LOTS of vitamins included will help. You're pretty young to be beginning steroids but its too late now, no turning back. Keep that diet on point and if you want to lean out while building mass instead of getting fat, drop your carbohydrates to more like 150g and get the missing calories from extra protein (Lean "whole" source)and raw vegetables! EAT MORE VEGGIES, load up to like 300g carbs (with fruit, the bread and the rice) on ONLY the 4th day to shut off alarms telling your body its not getting sufficient nutrients.

I was on the diet forum 3J said to drop 100carbs, which i done by taking out one of the cups of rice.
Workout days i will have 2 steaks after dinner.
