Test E 12 Weeks 600mg

Week 10 has arrived.
That was the Last of the Test E :(

Switching to Sustanon (sust) until week 15
Will be using SPO's Slin pin method as the oil is a lot thinner.
Plus will be doing EOD injections switching between quads and chest.
Maybe delts.

Size increase since last update has been very good.
Chest and shoulders have seen best results so far.

Food intake has been more dirty since last time.
Just eat anything.

Got 2 freezer drawers full of steaks which i am told to finish ASAP
So that they can be restocked with more stuff.
So today feel like 1 steak for lunch and will throw one in after workout.
The workout RJ gave me has been Good.

Not really into the posterior core movement feels like something my GF would do.
But everything else is good.

How often do you think i should up the weight ?
i was thinking 1kg every week or 2 weeks ?

what are you doing to work the posterior chain? Good mornings, GHRs, SLDLs are all good choices that shouldn't make you feel like a girl (unless you're doing pussy weight. lol)

As for upping the weight, you should be trying to microload (5lbs or less) once a week. Certain things like Deads you may be able to do more each week, but you don't wanna stall progress to fast. 5lbs EOW is 130lbs a year. Imagine adding that to your bench!!
 
I'd be lifting as much as you can. Almost coming to failure. That's how I understood the workout.
Oh, and feel free to send me some of those steaks if you need help making space.

I am Going all out with the weight.
Just wanted to get an idea of a base on how much weight to add.

If you lived closer i would.

some of these i wouldn't do on leg and back day cause you'll be dead. you could just use the ones i said. they require weight and are great. just make sure your weight isn't too high if you've never done them. GMs and SLDLs to me are the best besides cleans and deads but again, i wouldn't add those to leg or back day (besides your dong deads anyway. :D)

as far as being non weighted... if you've never done a GHR, you need to do one. If you can do 20 with a 10lb plate in your hand... the posterior is your least concern.

thats the poor mans version and will kill the backside. try it and see. he's using his hands to get up, but try one without ur hands and see if you can do three to even half way out... I'll give you a dollar if you can. :D
 
I tried it with the bench last was killing the back of my ankles.

So went with this.
Got to say they look easy...but are far from it.

did you use the hand push? If you did, try it without it and see how far you can go down and come back up. lol
 
I can't do it controlled all the way to the floor.
Comes to a certain point where you just fall flat.
Getting back up from there is hard as well.

Plenty of practice and will be able to do it better.

Just a tip. If you hit a type 2 Aromatase inhibitor (AI) about 1-2 hours before the suspension it makes a huge difference. I used letro 1 hour before suspension and then tried it without. Used chromatography and found higher levels of test 8 hours post injection with letro use.

Food for thought. I am not a hematologist though so I could have made an error. However, isolating a single hormone compound is relatively easy so I think my results were fairly accurate.

I should note I was using 100mg TNE and running 100mg prop behind it.

Plus only have 1 10ml vial.
So a 1000mg.

Thought it would be better to use it that waste it.
