i got more, didn't want to go all out. testing the left hammy to see what it will do. it felt good and i think i am good to go 100% going forward. did all these w/o belt and very very slow and controlled.

nice workout. I pull the weight a little over a foot off the ground, only use straps. I'll get it soon, i really just wasn't feeling it on my last workout, once i get that feeling, 500 will feel light. :rockband:

you use alot of back or more legs when you pull. squat down deep or not?

Mostly back...i've tried the squat like deadlift without much success.

I did a Push/Pull at a local gym over the holiday weekend. My first one.

Got a trophy! My kids think I am the World's Strongest Man! Lol.

how did it feel to compete? any thoughts of doing anymore?

we miss da loggin here...

oh and congrats on the trophy and 2 lift total...and your kids are pretty much right...you are.
