I never follow that actually. If i felt i need it then i will go for it, Anyway if you will going to a massage place they will still inform you the safety guidelines before doing the process. If you are not prepare or let say your muscles are not, they won't allow you. it is their SOP.

if u've never had deep tissue massage done, be prepared for some serious pain if it's done right... I've been brought to near tears and I'm as close to being a tough guy as there is haha. But it does help, loads... it has helped me mend a shoulder problem I had for 10 years

fn hurts is right..but sure feels good the next day..and few days after

feels good the next day and few days after?
i thought ur meant to be saw and in pain for the new few days after?

ok, say I got it in the morning..later that night my muscle feel like i just killed them during a work-out...that kinda pain.

Then for the next couple days they feel so relaxed and "fluffy"....:) during the massage hurts too, the back hurts anyways

My buddy and I have been talking about doing this for the last few weeks but I didn't know it was such a common thing for bodybuilders. Sounds awesome though I'm defiantly gonna give it a try this weekend. I wonder how much for the happy ending...
