as mentioned from some site that I've been too, it was said that doing strong stuff can help the forearm and grip..namely like working around the farm and stuff...carrying buckets and stuff...i'mma try it out myself. this is when DB/BB holds starts to get boring and starts to fail u. i'll try to get the link

I don't live anywhere near a farm.. lol. The only reason I'm doing DB holds is to get a stronger grip and bigger forearms. I don't see how a dumbell hold can "fail" me. I actually like doing this exercise and it isn't boring either.

**Felt good today - I will be subsituting Incline BB Presses for Flat BB Presses and see how things work out.
 
why the substitute bro? for me, incline hits more of my delts rather than my delts, but they fry your tris hard. does the 'shoulder being tucked in' apply too in incline or is it for flat only?
 
I wanted to try something new. I don't tuck my elbows in when I do inclines. Yes, I do feel it more in my delts, but we'll see what happens.
