My girlfriend is a bit muscular; she used to do some light weightlifting, but stopped because she got tired of it lol. She runs a lot and eats very healthy though. :)
 
January 17th
Chest/Shoulders/Tris - Didn't do legs today because my knee just recently felt better and I didn't want to do anything with it yet.

is your incline done on a smith machine or not? because in our gym, you can only do it on a smith machine. either ways, nice number. how did your shoulder felt after incline?

@Angry: I did it with free weights. My shoulder felt fine afterwards. The anterior delt is a bit sore, but other than that, it's holding up real well.

Next workout will probably be saturday - some very light legs and maybe even back.

Sorry Fenduh, I was out with the girlfriend tonight - went to see a lame-o movie & shopped around the mall (shopping at victoria's secret is great, as gay as that might sound :))

Next workout will be tomorrow afternoon.
