Thanks T. Deads were a bit off today b/c I haven't deadlifted in I think 2weeks. I was happy with my workout though.
 
Thanks Acz. I don't like pullups, but I generally do them when I deadlift. I usually throw in pulldowns when I'm not doing deads.

And yes, I do want a thick back :)
 
Horrendous chest/tri workout today. I didnot do shoulders because of lack of time/determination. The incline BB were all being used so I jumped to flat bench, hoping to see some improvement. But to my surprise, nothing has changed yet. :mad:

yup like adida said, hang in there. gotta keep hittin it.
 
Plateaus are hard to hit through when your #s are already big as yours. But remember that your very young so you have the advantage of time.
