Nice Winter getting stronger keep it up :druggie:

Nice work winter. Do you feel that sumo pulls hit your back as much as conventional. I've pulled sumo berfore and it feels as if more stress is placed on the hips and quads and less on the overall back. Does your back get as sore as it used to when pulling conventional. Just wondering mang. :)

short workout but meaningful. that's the best.

JT: i do sumo and most of the time, it's on my hips/legs/glutes then back. i think conven hits your back more or something. i can never get that part right

Winter nice work. strong pulls.

i would say when i pull Sumo it really tore my hips up...so be prepared.

Thanks everyone.

I feel it a lot in the middle of my back when I do sumodeads. I felt it a lot as well pulling conventional. I never really get sore on back days, but my back has gotten thicker. I don't really feel much stress on my quads/hips at all to tell you the truth, but I do feel it in the middle of my back/lower back(my form is spot on - no bending over). Both deads hit my back well, but I switched over to sumos b/c I felt that I'm more prone to injury when I do conventional deads.

Thanks Luq. I want to bring my squat up to where it used to be at - 405x3. I'm happy that my legs have gotten stronger these past few weeks.
