Nice workout. I'm with you on doing bies and back the same night. Looks like you were good and strong still on those seated rows. Don't be afraid to add one or two sets there and maybe lower that pin.

& Rocco, I might add a few more, I don't know. I'm usually very worn out by the time I hit my 2nd set of seated. Who knows, we'll see next workout and see how I feel. :)

The gym got a whole bunch of new equipment. The dumbells are all knew, like these:

15in, 15middle, 15out - Took these from Tman & Mulligan. :D They really burn.

The gym was quite crowded today and it was atleast 80degrees in there. I was sweating up a storm & everything felt kinda sticky. Workout was good though, just the enviornment wasn't too dandy. :insane2:

:) Thanks. I believe its because I finally got my knee wraps a few weeks ago. They really do help support my knees a lot better - I don't know if its a mental or physical or a mixture of both kind of a thing, but hell, its workin great. :)
 
Stop in the gym before the party to get a pump on. With your hair gelled and cologne on already.

I never wear gel, it makes my head/hair feel weird. I would go to the gym, but I already showered & a friend's pickin me up. So that's a no go. :druggie:

Haha. I don't want to get sweaty and get my cologne to smell like ass. But maybe I'll do some jumping jacks.
