I usually just have a big shake and wait till it passes. After like 2 weeks you don't even notice it anymore.

yes but isn't it suppose to be cycled kinda like clen? 2-3 weeks on 2 weeks off.
 
Cardio Breeze from AF and ephedrine is a very nice preworkout stack. I took it today and had the best workout i've had in a while. You just need to stay hydrated. Nice workout winter.

Yeah, but I really think you're only gonna get hooked on them if you follow what the bottle says - no more than 3pills throughout the day. I don't think I'll be using these pills during the day except my pre-workout.

Hmm. Cardio Breeze looks okay, but is it only sold on AF? I tried finding caffeine/ephedra caps on AF, but they don't sell em? I want to buy stuff from all one site at once so I don't have to pay extra $$ for the shipping - yeah, I'm cheap like that. :shoot2:

I might just go with caffiene right now.

That was the belief but they are somewhat different. The lipolitic effects of ephedrine actually increase over time. But in this case we are talking using it preworkout only, in which case I don't think its going to have much fat burning effect used once a day only on lifting days.

I might just go with caffiene right now.

I just use the ephedrine you get at any gas station. You can get like 25 pils for 6 bucks. If they make you too jittery, just split them in half which is 12.5mg.
 
I don't think the gas stations around here sell Ephedrine, I will check though. I just ordered the Caffeine pills last night, but I'm probably not going to use many prior to a workout - I just want it for that extra boost.

**Very tired after all the PRs lol.

Very, very satisfied with my work today. I got an extra boost prior to lifting by drinking a big mug of green tea. That probably helped me a lot. My deads are coming along very nicely. My ass is more down on the floor and everything is going up smoothly. I will tape my next Deadlift when I hit 365.

Thanks. Yah, my deads seem to be moving up well as are my squats. My biggest concern right now is my bench. It is at a standstill and I don't know what to do about it.
