I was kidding guys. The gym is full of those dudes on a friday afternoon/evening though.
 
Very tired right now. It is 12AM and I just danced for about a good solid 3-4hours. Just downed 48g of protein or so from a ON shake.

Tomorrow is chest @ 11:30AM.

Cool, have you tried the Chocolate Mint? It's the best i've found so far, can't get tired of it. I bet i've gone through 40 pounds in the last year and I still like it.

**Bad kickback and my spotter held my wrists poorly. Felt like shit on these.

**Today was a bad day. I got very frustrated after the decline. Felt very weak & tired today. Next chest workout will be much better, for sure.

Way too tired. I slept at 1 last night and forced myself to wake up at 9 to get 2 meals in before I hit the gym. I was very tired after my flat bench session. I am thinking about buying some caffeine pills or somethin to wake me up on days like these. Any cheap brand names out there?
 
umm i saw they wont sell it to illinios, canada, or california...thats the only ones you cant buy it in i think.
 
Eek. Either way, I did have a lot of caffeine this one workout and I got the jitters like crazy, but it helped me so much more. I'll think about getting either some caffeine caps or ephedra.
 
Ephedra is better than caffeine for preworkout. Both is best though.

Shit kills my appetite for a few hours for a few weeks when I havent been using it regularly.

Eesh. Do you then force-feed yourself? I can never stuff anything down my throat of I can't stomach it. The only thing that would go down easily is liquid. Thanks for the heads up.

nice work Hommie for not having the energy to really to do your best. like you said next time its on like Donkey Kong!

as for the Ephedra i use to get severe jitters with twin labs stuff. but it wasn't so bad with hydroxycut. depends on dosage and brand to me. make sure to really up your H2O intake though if you take ephedra.
