Way too tired. I slept at 1 last night and forced myself to wake up at 9 to get 2 meals in before I hit the gym. I was very tired after my flat bench session. I am thinking about buying some caffeine pills or somethin to wake me up on days like these. **Today was a bad day. I got very frustrated after the decline. Felt very weak & tired today. Next chest workout will be much better, for sure.
