me and you are in the same boat...my deads and squats go up...but bench doesnt go any where. im glad to see your PR on deads...congratulations.
 
I think I'm going to cut down the volume of my bench down to 2x6 or so, but have like 2-3warmup sets. This is for flat bench btw.

I'll try this out for a few weeks and see how I progress.

That's a good idea winter, I'm doing the same thing.

Kickass workout today. Took one caffeine pill today and I was bouncin off the walls. It was 200milligrams. I will only take one prior to chest workouts since it is my weakest bodypart.
 
Great work winter. When i'm not cutting, that's all I take pre-workout, 200mg Caffeine HCL. Gives me a great boost and if only taken on workout days it should always be effective.
 
Why is it that when you're cutting, that would be the only supp you take? Wouldn't you want to take caffeine while you cut down as well because of the fat-burning it does?

For sure. I don't know what the problem is. Chest is probably my most liked bodypart to work and I have changed my chest routine number of times, but nothing has been workin smoothly.
 
Definitely. I think this one is the ticket bro. If this routine doesn't workout for me, I don't know what will.

there are still plenty of thing to be adjusted to a routine. if it dont work i'm sure the guys here will help ya come up with something. have you looked into DC training?

What I was trying to say was, when i'm not cutting, the only pre-workout and stimulant sup I take all day is a 200mg caffeine pill 30 minutes before my workout. When cutting, i'm taking 200mg caf./25mg ephedrine 2-3x/ day and need more to get me going before a workout b/c I get used to the stimulants.

& no, I haven't looked into any DC training. I will look into it if this routine is not working well.
