When I was deadlifting, I felt a tearing sensation. As of right now, it feels like a really bad sore pain, but nothing more. Hopefully its nothing.
i have now set new goals for my self! hope your back feels better Winter.

Be careful with the back if you think you felt some kind of tear. Could be a slightly pulled muscle. Hope it gets to feeling better, just watch it closely...

Yeah bro. I am trying to take the best care of the back as of right now. It seem s to be feeling better, but I don't want to risk doing squats today and aggrivating it so I will be doing chest/tris today instead of legs/shoulders.

Thanks everyone.

Today was an off day & so I "power walked" on my tredmill for 20min @ 4MPH on a 10% incline. Burned 300+ cals. I did this so tomorrow on my cheat day, I won't feel as bad. Pizza and other Italian food tomorrow night babyyyyy :)
 
i have to say i really dont miss drinking..lol but when i start to bulk again i will be putting back a (1) genuiss atleast EOD.
 
I felt kinda bad because I was eating cake with ton of icing and takeout chinese food with it as well. Me and my buddies were gonna go swimming before it, but that didn't workout so I felt even worse, but whatever. :D
