Thanks bros. Yeah, I wanted to one up my buddy with those curls. He was doin 65s for incline DB press so I'm like "hey, check this shit out lol" and I curl 70s for 4reps. Twas a good laugh.

Today was an off day so I just did some cardio

Thanks. I have cut down drastically on the salts as well. I have noticed a slight difference so far, but then again, I just started. I'm still eating the lunch meats because I can't bring anything else around. :(
 
No cardio or lifting today. Just not in the mood. Party is sunday and I still look like shit. Whatever. I am still making progress, but just slowly, but its progress nonetheless.

Going out tonight, should be good.
 
Down to 180lbs down. Lost one lb since wednesday or so.
I'm looking a lot well... not as fat as I did when I came off my bulk hah.

I'm going to keep hammering at my diet/cardio for a long, long time.

Very nice work... 95 db's are freakin heavy for incline... i was thinkin maybe you should just do weighted dips in place of push downs...since it hits the chest and tri's instead of just hitting the tri's.

I was thinking about dips as well, but I don't want to hit my chest too much during a workout. Maybe I'll throw in close gripped dips - moving the handle in more so it hits more tris than anything else. Good thinkin though.
 
We'll see next workout becuase I do want to incorporate some dips into my workout. I have taken them out because they hurt my shoulder in the past, but we'll see.
