you should try maxing on bench. I like your starting to go for 3's it has helped me.

I'm 182 right now, gained 2lbs of sloppy weight, I think. I am not as lean as I was before, but my weights are still jumpin, so I don't mind too much.

Flat Bench w/ Minis - 1min break between sets

Flat DB Press

110x3**PR - I could've def. push out two more reps but my wrists gave out so I had to drop the weight.

**I think I will start incorporating some floor presses into my workouts from now on starting next speed work day.

Good workout today. The only bad thing was that the powerrack at my gym sucks my balls and one band was kinda loose because the powerrack is somewhat whobbly/tilted; pissed me off.
