Thanks MANOWAR. This weight on squat is pretty low, IMO because if I can hacksquat 500 for 10, I can def. do more weight on barbell squat. I'm just gettin back into the swing of things, I suppose.

You have been making great progress. getting stronger.

I am curious why you don't go to the ground on those. You won't do as much weight, but will ultimately get more benefit from doing them. You already know this so tell me wonder boy, why?

Thanks. I don't go ass to grass because I have terrible balance. I once tried it with like 135 lol and I fell on my ass and nearly killed my friend that was standing behind me. After that, I was scarred for life.

I kinda lost my balance on the 110s, but I still managed to get them. Very tough set.

funny ya know..all this time, I thouht your avatar pic had the girl covering her boobies with her arm...I just took a closer look and saw a piece of cloth covering it ^^ silly me.
 
everytime you get under that bench for a heavy lift just keep telling yourself "i am wonder boy, i am wonder boy, i am wonder boy, i can do this"
 
and everytime I go under my bench for a damn lift, I keep telling to myself: Mulli and the gang will laugh at me and make me their bitch if I don't get my numbers up" then i'd tire myself mentally and fail the lift...screw you!! LOL!!
