I too have a gut and I'm not ashamed of it. earlier at gym, the trainer asked me: sir, I hope you don't mind me asking and don't be offended but..where *points to my gut* did you get that??

I said: Beer..lots and lots of beer.

mind you that i've stopped drinking...can I stretch that any further??
 
well, the machine is labeled as "glute-hamstring raise," so I'm not sure. It kind of looks like a reverse hyper, but its one leg at a time.

we have a machine in the gym when..I dunno..kinda do kickbacks...but it's for legs..one leg at a time. will take pic next week
 
The squats felt okay on my back, it wasn't as hard as the first day back on squats. I think I can hit 355 next week, which will be a PR, I believe.

Good workout today. The floor presses felt kinda weird cuz my tris are unproportional so when my tris touched the floor, one touched before the other lol.
