I too have a gut and I'm not ashamed of it. earlier at gym, the trainer asked me: sir, I hope you don't mind me asking and don't be offended but..where *points to my gut* did you get that??
I said: Beer..lots and lots of beer.
mind you that i've stopped drinking...can I stretch that any further??

Good workout today. The floor presses felt kinda weird cuz my tris are unproportional so when my tris touched the floor, one touched before the other lol.
