Speed work has helped me greatly, that's how I've been getting my numbers up. I used to get stuck on the bottom of my lift when I went heavy, but now all the weights shoot off my chest, but now it gets stuck at the lockout point, so I have to fix that.

I dont squat much but think tomm Im switching to higher reps.

Today I went pretty low, not ass to grass, but pretty far below parallel and it felt okay. My right knee did get tweaked a bit after the 225 though, so I have to watch that.
