they work out with me 2-3 times a week, but we mostly do pushups,pullups,dips,situps,handstands etc. i let them play around with cables every now and then with very high reps. they also love the treadmill.

Today will be back/biceps. I was planning on making today an offday, but my workout partner cannot make it tomorrow & I'm going out to the city tomorrow to chill :D

Good workout today. My lat pulldowns/tbar rows have gotten stronger since last time; I guess I just had to take a few weeks off of them.
 
Lol, thanks Angry. Sumo's are feeling really good; whenever I go heavy, my back never bends over anymore, it's always on a nice angle.
