they work out with me 2-3 times a week, but we mostly do pushups,pullups,dips,situps,handstands etc. i let them play around with cables every now and then with very high reps. they also love the treadmill.
Today will be back/biceps. I was planning on making today an offday, but my workout partner cannot make it tomorrow & I'm going out to the city tomorrow to chill
