I will concider taking some time off, I have a lot of things going on lately and maybe a week off wouldn't be a terrible thing to do. I'm not sure yet. Thanks for the idea though, JT. :)
 
time off is a huge thing if your cns is burnt. You can still workout, but do GPP/cardio type training. uphill walking, sled pulling, things of that nature.

Anyway, my bench is shooting up 15lbs a week just like yours!! I'm riich byaatch

Imma go to the sauna/steam room after my workout tomorrow, chyeah :druggie:

Anyway, yea every gym has a few bad members. LA sucks cuz it's all juicers that bench 4x a week and show off their overtrained arms. It's not a very good atmosphere to workout in imo. Not to mention trainers come and hassle you, telling you that squatting will stunt your growth.

Anyway aboot the free pass, you need a drivers license remember. You can take mine if you want, just say you got some cosmetic surgery and a hair cut when they notice the picture

All the big juice heads around our town go to LA, but I'd like to see what's up w. that place. I haven't been there since last summer and I saw Coach Catapano last time, I'd like to see him again. :)
 
Yeah you probably lift more than most of them though. Just make a lot of noise when you deadlift so people can be influenced to do them.

Catapanos nice, but the second he hears you're not playing football he won't give a shit about you. Lol it's true. He'll be impressed with your lifts though

Thanks Angry. It doesn't feel too heavy on my back, maybe it's cuzz my deadlifts and other backworkouts are rather heavy. I could've def. did more weight.
