Magic was spotting me. I had him stay with me the entire way down and up. I got the weight off my chest & when I got it about 5inches off my chest or so, it just got stuck and I had him pull it up.

Thanks Angry, I hope to see 300 up on the bar soon, too. Why don't you ask one of the guys around to gym to just spot you and stuff? It's just as good as a workout partner, I guess.

Thanks Luq, I do not find my squats too great because I don't go ass to grass for several reasons and for that reason, I find them to be kinda shitty. I won't stop hitting PRs either :druggie:

**Some guys at my gym talk shit because they don't know wtf a lockout is and they think I don't know wtf I'm doing. It pisses me to no other to hear that from a gym rat that does nothing but dumbell curls, barbell curls, skull crushes and benches 4x a week.

Good workout today. I haven't done speed work in 3weeks or so and it feels good to go back.
