Chest - Speed Work
Flat Bench - Alternating Grips
185x3x9

Triceps
Lockouts
225x8
255x3**Burnt
**Some guys at my gym talk shit because they don't know wtf a lockout is and they think I don't know wtf I'm doing. It pisses me to no other to hear that from a gym rat that does nothing but dumbell curls, barbell curls, skull crushes and benches 4x a week.

Shoulders
DB Front Raises
40x8

Overhead DB Press
70x10

Good workout today. I haven't done speed work in 3weeks or so and it feels good to go back.

Are you going to go for PR max on bench this week?

Nah, I'm going to go for reps of lighter weight on my "heavy" days for 2-3weeks then try 295 again or 300 - We'll see.

Sumo Deads
135x10
225x8
335x3
385x1
410xmiss
410xmiss
410x1**PR. Good form, but I had to use straps to get it up. The bar I used today had very little grip compared to the one I used last deadlift day.

Lat Pulldown
150x10
210X6
225X6

Biceps
DB Curl
55x6
30x15

Good workout today. I am extra tired today because I actually have a cold right now, but I decided to workout anyways.

That is a good intense but brief workout you have there. Continually work to up the weight on your deadlifts and your bodyweight should start to go up as well, if your weights in all of the core lifts are increasing that is the best way to judge progress because growth usually corresponds to increases in strength, just up your calories as your strength goes up.

Thanks Husky :) I'm around 188lbs or so - that's up 6lbs since the beginning of June, I think.

I'm really not into gaining more weight, but to cut down, really. My diet is pretty low in calories, maybe around 2700~, not really sure, but I have been slacking a bit so I have to pick up the pace and start cutting down. Even when I cut, I still make strength gains, so going up on weights won't be too big of an obstacle.
