It is good i guess. bench about the same up to 365x3 and 370x2 and squats are still down making sure hip is ok to go. i think last workout i went up to 425 on squats but i was only going down to a little below paralel. i usually go atg.

Good workout today. I was a bit tired in the morning, but once I hit the gym, everythin got pretty good.
