Day 19 Thursday
175mg Sustanon (sust) left Glute
GHRP-2

GYM: CHEST: Decline 3 sets (315lbs high), flat bench DB 3 sets, incline DB bench 3 sets, 9 sets cable (different levels), machine bench press 3 sets, DB flys 3 sets.

Cardio: 15 minutes 250 calories burned.

I strained my rotator cuff again. It seems that chest day is the day that it pulls a certain way that it strains my right shoulder. I will have to take it easy for the next week and let it heal again. I HATE going easy but it looks like that I have to learn to do so to help avoid injury.

I feel my strength is increasing. Which means that the tren/test is working. Sides are still only Acne right now. However, some nights I do have trouble sleeping (last night).

Boy do I love the GHRP-2. I tried the 6 last cycle and didnt reallly have that much effect on my hunger (a little but nothing over drastic). However, with #2 within 10 minutes I'm freakin starving. Can't wait till my bulk cycle this stuff is going to work miracles for me.

Wow that's great about the hunger. What is your protocol w/ ghrp2? 2 x a day?
I had the same experience w ghrp6 - 0 effect on hunger! Do you wait 30 mins to eat or chow down at 10 mins?
 
Day 22 Sunday

Returning from out of town. Got my Letro, empty vials, & BW in today. So mixing the HCG was a it of a challenge. After breaking the amp which contained the powder I just mixed the BW in the broken vial...is this kosher???? I was concerned that maybe little glass particles could get into the amp and possibly into the solution. Anyways, maybe i'll try something a little different next time.

GYM: Shoulders: DB shoulder raises 6 sets, DB side flys 3 sets, DB expands 3 sets, Bar bell raises 3 sets, Bar Bell extensions 2 sets.

Cardio 40 minutes 600 calories (stairmaster)

I didnt have the greatest shoulder workout due to the fact that I didnt want to strain my already strained shoulder any further. I had a couple of good pumps and I did a few heavy sets with 100lb DB (shoulder raises until failure).

I will update my pics by the EOW and measure my BF to see any progress. I am definitely noticing some new vascularity throughout my chest and arms.
 
Day 24 Tuesday

Fuck, do I feel like a pin cushion. I had some probs while pinning today. First, I tried in my left quad and while pushing in i felt a burning feeling....I pushed through it lightly. I then started in injecting..Pain/burning!!! I pulled out. I then tried right quad. Pushed through started injecting about about 1/2 way through burning again...I pulled out! I only had about 1/4cc left. I pinned left glute for the rest (painless). I then injected my hcg left belly side. Then injected my ghrp right belly side. I did 5 fucking pins today...NOT VERY HAPPY RIGHT NOW.

GYM: Quads/ham: Squats 4 sets, front squats 3 sets, leg extensions 8 sets, leg extension sides extension 3 sets, Leg press 2 sets (heavy), hamstring extensions 3 sets, Lunges with 80lb DB 3 sets, abductor machine 3 sets.
 
Day 25 Wednesday

10am Cardio & Calves

PM-Back: 5 sets squats, 3 sets pullups, 3 sets of rows, 3 sets of seated pull downs, 3 sets of lat pulldowns, 3 sets of machine pulldowns.

I felt some good pumps today. Actually, the most pumps that I have felt in a long long time. I'm starting to get vascular throughout my chest and starting to see the veins in my legs.

Terrible pictures, bro - you better stick to your day job! LOL but shows some really nice improvements! Wheels are looking excellent and back too! front shot is a little weird perspective - I'm sure you look better than that based on the others.

Nice leg workout - seems to be very effective for you! BTW - you are using a slin pin for the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG), rite? I never even feel those it's so tiny. When you pin do you let some of the oil drop down the needle to lubricate it going in? Helps a lot - that and doing it kinda quick.

Props for the progress bro - keep it coming.

GYM: Bi's/Tri's (i usually dont do together but said fuck it). 6 sets DB curls, 3 sets BB curls, 3 sets spider curls, 3 sets of isolation curls, 3 sets of arnold curls, 3 sets tricep extension, 3 sets of reverse, 50 dips, 3 sets tricep machine, 3 sets rope pull down, 3 sets of cable bicep pulls, 3 sets of machine cable isolation tricep curls.

I had some great pumps (never had pumps like this before-thanks tren). I noticed that Im getting more vascular then ever before (my chest, forearms, and biceps..hell even my legs im starting to see veins).

I hope that I'm not losing to much musce..cant tell. I have every bit of strength which is great (even 30lbs lighter).
