Thanks everyone! And yes DaHurt im will take a full body pic today. I dont realy have a tripod and camera like you do but i will take some with my iphone and post them after i get back from hitting my wheels and mowing my yard with a push lawnmower all in one day.lol got to get the cardio in
 
Shoulder is looking good man. A little dark to tell much else. I agree with others get a full and use good lighting!
 
I'm going to have a broken neck by the end of this thread!

I tryed to figure out how to make them staight but i just cnt do it! made them difffrent sizes and everything!!!

But my leg day went pretty good today. Did some front squats were i drove the bar into my collar bone to get that good amped up feeling. Got a good burn on them legs. But other wise just had a good leg day.
 
Had a killer delt workout today. I did some fast 7's on them and it truely finally feels like a got the workout i realy wanted on them like that. I will try that more ofetn on more delt

Yeah man I'm cramming down food all day. I'm trying to get to 180 solid by the end of this cycle. But I'm going to start turning my camera sideways so it will go up right. I'm weighing myself here this coming weekend I'll let you guys know we're I'm at

You realize all you have to do is open it and click the clockwise button then save it then upload right?? You got the 180 man no problems just eat lots of good carbs and keep on killing it!
 
I think you will be there with no problem man 180 are yours, your discipline and eating will take you there bro..
