So my chest did not get sore at all which is def a big bummer. But thats alright I'm going to do some real high reps like pikki said to do with very little rest time. I will put a plate on each side and load up alot five pound plates, not sure how many yet and start doing reps of 8 and drooping them off with no rest time at all. hopefully i will get a nice burn out of it and work up some soreness

LoL Yeah i took the scale away for a Lil while because of the mind games it played with me. I almost stomped it out a week ago lol! But i have not weighed myself in awhile but i def do feel alot stronger and heavier. Which i hope i am.

So i just got back from a killer chest workout. Def the biggest pumps i ever got on my chest. I did the 5x5 routine on flat bench. And then supersetted to failure. Did the same with incline bench. Hit some dumbell also. And reverse bench on the smith machine. Great workout overall
