30013's Test Prop/ Deca

Trolls(lord of the ring looking motherfers) dont scare me. Yeah i was real suprised on one of thoses comments. That kid i mentioned which ask me what supps i was taking is actually a 40 year old man that has many national powerlifting records. He was dead lifting 675 reping it 5 times. He is real well known at this gym and everyone is afraid to talk to him and he came up to me and said he can def see that im putting on weight and said i was getting bigger...yeah that made my whole day to hear that.

yessir! That's when you know you're doing well....when the workers, gymrats, and hardcore people go out of their way to tell you they noticed.
 
Yeah it def gives you some good motivation when the gymrats start trying to get to know you and what your doing. I realy just want to be able to get in the 300lb bench club(raw) weighing the least amount is realy one of my goals.

My last max on bench 245. Im real far off my 300 mark but im going for it. I was reping 88 pound barbells today 6x's. i work real hard on my chest. Im trying to bring out the upper part of my chest more thoy... i wish i could be in the 500pound club so i get 3 months free at my gym lol.

When that Deca really starts hitting you should see a nice jump in strength.

Upper chest is a tough spot for me. ! thing i've been doing over the last few weeks is Reverse grip bench. A lot of people don't know but that hits your upper chest way better than incline. hit's your tri's good too! and it helps your regular bench go up. try it next time you do chest.
 
Yeah i have been doing alot of reverse grip lately it is def giving bringing out my upper chest. but i can not wait for the Decca to kick in so i get those good strength gains

5x5 routines are great for getting the strength up to.

Hockeyplaya does that and his strength has been moving up nice!
 
yeah i use the 5x5 routine on a few things i do but not much i realy dont count reps thoy i realy look for a good contraction and that burning feeling

yeah that's good for building the muscle but every once ina while you just gotta throw some weight! ;)

Idk know how to lol! I tryed on a few and can never get it right! But ill try a def few techniques next week so i can get a straight one. Next week ill try to get back,wheels,and double bicep pics up.
 
Cycle is going good man. I jumped up my calorie intake to 5500 a day to try to see Will that give me my lean gains a Lil faster. So far the prop has gave me no water retention. Muscles def feel harder and fuller. Vascularity is up. I feel like i have a mental focus since i started this cycle. And I'm gaining weight but far as i can see it all lean. No signs of Decca yet but I'm early into the cycle.

:whipping: ill whipping your ass when im done with this cycle lol!Its cool thoy i dont want to be super big, but i think i read cashout is about 189. so i would like to get to his level.. even if it takes some time. Im gaining right now but its all lean so far. But im waiting for the deca to hit honestly...and this guy is pulling 5500 calories a day!:jump:
