I would have kept it at 200mg per week with the test, just keep an eye on the e2/prolactin. Honestly, stick with the 600mg, it hasn't even fully kicked in yet.

Yeah just going to update pics once a month, use to the tren hitting me quick, but once the deca kicked in I think I respond better strength wise, cause damn the weights just dont feel the same lke lifting the first few weeks lol, this week the strength has increased hugely but gotta watch myself and not get to crazy, lol, pulled 6 plates deadlifting yesterday on back day for 2 reps, last week I pulled 5 plates so quite an increase lol
Not to bad for a 200lbs guy right now, gained 4lbs this week so far so its getting good lmao

Awesome to hear your still with 3J. I just dabbled into the dieting realm on my last blast and the results were amazing. Its got me even more fired up to give 3J a try, but I won't do it til I know I can be committed completely. Just got back to work and planning on a winter run. Watching your transformation has been inspiring brother. Keep up the good work.

Dont you need to give yourself some time off inbetween cycles?

That'd be water from the Deca... Give it 8 weeks, if he doesn't look any better than it can only be training that is off...

My best pull was 655 but I m 5 11. I was a 198 and set a state record which some 198 hobbit smashed 2 years later. Fkn got some mean aas coming out of the shire...

DO NOT I m o start changing doses. Pick and stick with it...but 3j s forgot more about aas than I ll ever know so there s that too w 3j network fellas. He just does ADVERTISE THAT.....

I think Matt looks fine, a lot of people would like to look like him (body wise)..

But from 2-3 months ago to now, IMO you look the same.. So if your goal is to stay hard and maintain youre doing a great job.. Just not sure what your true goals are
 
thanks elimanning, my goals and working with 3J are to make some lean gains, trying to stay as lean as possible while putting on some mass
i could push it to 5000-6000 cals a day and wouldnt have a problem sucking down that amount of food, as i dont have a problem with my appetite lol
but why would i push it, and i only follow the plan 3J has set out for me and i am happy with the gains i have made thus so far
it's 5 weeks into this current blast, and got 15 weeks left on this deca blast, i honestly dont know what people exspect in 5 weeks time, as i got plenty of time to fill, and the fun is just beginning, the people that rush shit eating wack loads of shit and gaining a bunch of fat in return are the ones that will be regreting it when it comes time to cut, i would much rather chop on a 8-10 week frame then a 20 week frame, but whatever to each there own!

there's always going to be haters. sadly it's just the way it is in the bb community
u just take it as is, laugh it off, and put the shit in the back of your mind and suprise them in another few months while there still scratching there heads wondering why there not making any true progress
 
anyways as for the update, i didnt up the Deca dose, keeping it the same at 600mg/week along side 300mg/test e
added in drol at 25mg am, 25mg pm ( an hour before i workout)
 
sorry cannot edit my post once again, but started the drol a couple days ago, so we will see how it goes, i know one thing my lifts are increasing but i am not going stupid crazy, i like to keep things at a decent rep range and get a good contraction at the top and i also believe in the mind and muscle theory as well!
 
few thing s are harder in this game than building mass and staying as shredded as you..I never could...I do not think it was hating just an observation....

I used to say either bulk or cut....now...I too want to fill out a bit w my tren prop trtx2 run ..but nothing over like 212 as lean but maybe more vascular.

Stay the course matt. U look good bro.
