Tuesday, Week Six

Had to rush through another work out because I couldn't get up the energy to get my ass out the door until the very last minute. I really have to stop doing this or else I'll entirely screw up my work outs. I still got a decent one in. It was just rushed and had to skip a couple of sets though.

.

I do this way too much. It seems like I'm always rushing to get to work on time or to beat the gym closing.

Can you post some numbers??

Bench Press: increased 20 pounds (although I have been coming back from a shoulder injury)

Squats: up 15 pounds

Front Squats: up 20 pounds

Push Press: up 15 pounds

Stiff Legged Deadlift: up 20 pounds

Rack Pulls: up 10 pounds

Those are the major increases so far from the my pre-cycle lifts.

Thursday, Week Six

I had a shitty leg workout today. My legs have been tired for the last few days and I knew this was coming so it was no surprise. The tiredness wasn't workout related, just every so oftern my quads and hamstrings get real tired for a few days. I cut back on the weights and did a couple less sets. It was a decent workout effort-wise, but definitely not strength-wise. Hopefully tomorrow (chest and calves) goes better.

I did a calf injection a couple days ago. I noticed that there was a light bruise on my calf but injected anyways. The bruise is still there. It's not dark or overly large, but if it doesn't disappear soon I think I'll skip my right calf in the next rotation of shots just to give it a break.

Sunday, Week Six

Last two days have been off days from the gym so not too much else to report. Tomorrow I should be well rested for the gym.

I've been thinking over the last few days about dropping the arimidex completely out as I haven't been having too much of a problem with bloat and have never had a problem with gyno. However, I think I have decided against it. My blood pressure is high enough and don't want to take a chance on it getting it any higher if I cut the arimidex. At least for now, it stays.

Other then that, everything continues to run smoothly.

why did you want to stop it in the first place?

I'm a firm believer in taking as few compounds as necessary. And there is so much contradictory evidence about various aromatase inhibitors and their effect on users' cholesterol that I would rather use as little as possible. However I have to balance this with keeping my blood pressure as low as possible. That's why I was thinking about dropping it.

Tuesday, Week Seven

Strength gains continue to build slowly but consistently week to week. I'm going to miss tren when I go off of it in a couple of weeks. I have thought about extending it to ten weeks, but don't want to push it. I have had a good record of recovering quickly after my cycles and don't want to ruin it. Plus I'm interested in how I react to the boldenone suspension.

I've noticed that I've had some blocked pores on my upper arms lately. Not acne really, just oil clogging the pores. Nothing really noticeable but just an observation. Sex drive is through the roof lately. I've been seriously attracted to anything remotely resembling a female for the past couple of weeks. Not sure why it has hit me so hard (no pun intended) lately but it has. Good times for the ladies. Other then that, the side effects have remained the same throughout this cycle.

Wednesday, Week Seven

As I noted in my Thursday, Week Six entry, I had some bruising on my right calf that was likely injection related. I was scheduled to inject my right calf today. The bruising had pretty much cleared up except for a small patch on the outside of the muscle so I went ahead and shot. No real problem, although I definitely went through a vein because when I the needle out there was plenty of blood. Oh well, I guess I'll just have to expect another bruise to form.

Friday, Week Seven

Had a decent leg workout today. Lifts were up slightly so the good stuff continues.

As I mentioned previously, I injected into my right calf on Wednesday and definitely went through a vein due to the amount of blood that came out when I took the needle out once I was done. My calf has been sore for the last couple of days because of this. Doesn't really hurt to stretch or contract or touch, just a soreness that lingers but isn't annoying or anything. I might skip it my next round of injections due to this just to give it a rest.

Good idea

Tuesday, Week Eight

Last week of tren and I've come to accept it. The strength gains will slow I am sure, but they should continue when I switch over to boldenone. Not worried about it and am actually curious to see how the boldenone suspension effects me.

This week, due to my gym having shortened it's hours because of Christmas and the fact that I have had to work through the holidays, I can only get to the gym Wednesday to Saturday. Not a problem as I'll get everything in, just not my usual schedule.

The frequent injections have been getting to me lately. A lot of bruising and just find them annoying in general, but I haven't missed any. My right calf has a huge purple and white bruise on it right now. I am definitely skipping that site for a few weeks. The calf isn't that sore or anything, but it definitely needs some time off from injections.

Friday, Week Eight

So I got back at the gym full speed today. I went Wednesday, but then worked that night and could not drag myself out the door to make it on Thursday before it closed due to their shortened hours because of the holidays. I waited until the last minute and then decided against it and immediately fell asleep. Went today and felt great. I should be able to string more then a few days in a row together now and get back on my regular schedule.

Strength gains are still coming. Today doing shoulders my presses were still going up. The one very noticeable thing that has popped up recently has been the forearm pumps that I have been getting. When I was doing a ton of back work and grip work years ago I would always get them fairly badly, but right now they are almost as bad even after just 8-10 sets of back work. However even doing routine things around the house can cause my hands and forearms to cramp like crazy. I'm used to the back pumps I get, but damn this is painful. I suspect it is the tren that is the culprit but I guess I'll see when I come off of it next week.

Still not sure how strictly I am going to reduce my calories when on the boldenone. The strength gains that I have made thus far have got me thinking that I should continue to eat and screw cutting, just try and get the biggest increases that are possible. I think I'll maintain the course for at least a week or two when I switch to the boldenone and see how my body reacts. If the strength increases continue I'll stick with the same amount of food I have been taking in. However, if they trail off I'll begin reducing my calories and shed some body fat.
