how did that first injection go today?

Smooth as butter! - 1.5 inch 25 gauge into right glute - used a 21g to draw. I'm not going to lie - that 1.5 inch needle was a little intimidating! But I just jabbed it in there and didn't feel a thing!

Not working out until tonight so I'll update afterward.
 
Jan 9 (Day 2)

Did first inject today. Went well...loaded the syringe and took a shower, then injected when I got out...slid right in no problem. I was a little surprised by how long it took to inject the oil, but I got it all in there :D Inject site is a little sore this evening.

I now officially have 300 mg of testosterone enanthate in my body...awwww shit!

Took 10 mg dbol this AM and 20 mg before working out, then took 10 mg later this evening.

Today was my first back day since I strained my upper back, and it went pretty well.

Also started the adex @ 0.5 mg eod...since I'm teaching this semester I don't wanna blow up like a balloon and have to deal with students' questions.

Jan 10 (Day 3)

Rest Day - won't be much to report, just eating my face off. Have a long day in the lab, so I'll be bringing 4 meals with me. I'll space out the dbol 10 mg at a time today, instead of 20 mg at once for pre-workout.

FINALLY sent my questionnaire in to 3J so hopefully I'll be getting my diet soon :D pretty stoked!

Food today will be:

-Shake upon waking w/ 50g whey isolate, honey, glutamine
-7 egg whites, 3 whole eggs, 1 cup oats
-8oz chicken breast, 1 cup oats
-8oz chicken breast, 1 cup whole wheat pasta, bowl of romaine
-10oz lean ground turkey, 1 cup whole wheat pasta, 1/2 cup broccoli
-10oz lean ground turkey, 1 sweet potato, 1/2 cup broccoli
-8oz steak, 1 whole avocado
-Casein shake w/milk before bed

...can't wait to hear 3J's suggestions!

My GH releasing peps should be here today or tomorrow, so I'll be starting those very soon.

Injection site from yesterday hasn't gotten any sorer so that's nice.

Nothing else really to report...

Awesome log bro. That's exactly how my first cycle was. Except. I did the peps during post cycle therapy (pct). Worked out awesome. Seeing how you have everything down you're gonna make amazing gains
 
Jan 11 (Day 4)

4th day of dbol, and I'm not feeling a thing - still sleeping fine at night, and I don't appear to be holding any water.

Took 0.25mg adex today - dropping down from 0.5mg because I think 0.25 is a better starting point.

Legs didn't feel very strong today...not sure why not.
