thanks man...haven't see you around here in a while!

you ever start a cycle?

Ya man I had some health and work related issues that set me back from training. Teaming up with 3J right now to get back on track though.
Pretty sweet to see the gains yall have been making!

Feeling big and strong :D haha

Thrashed my legs pretty good...haven't had hamstrings that sore in a while - been prioritizing them because with such big quads I really need to balance them out with my hamstrings.

Other than that, just eating and lifting man!
 
Hit chest today and did things a little differently. Went back to the basics. I want to pack a lot more mass on my pecs as IMO they are lagging a little bit behind my back, legs, and delts.

So it was all heavy barbell movements today: flat bench, incline, and decline. Then I finished them off with FST-7 on the wide grip hammer press.

I wasn't 100% today as my good friend from back home was in town and last night I drank (hard) for the first time since New Years. Nonetheless, I was still able to pummel my chest! On flat bench after my warm-up sets I did 8x275, 6x300, 4x315, and then I did a couple sets of assisted reps and controlled negatives to failure. After that I was pretty much fried so I did very slow controlled reps on incline with only 225, same with decline.

I'll be hitting chest with heavy BBs from now on to build some much needed mass.

What kind of fool told you to lift heavy barbell for chest growth? ;)

could be doing flys instead or cable cross overs!

Well brother you gotta be more than satisfied with this first cycle it has done you well! I think having the diet spot on was what pushed you to doing so well, it is a lot of work staying to the diet but it always pays off! Great Job on all the progress Hurt!

Thanks guys...got a long way to go before I consider competing but I think if I stay consistent I can get there!

G it was definitely the diet bro, gains are made in the kitchen!
 
Hurt how many more yrs u think it will take to be in that level?

all he has to do is drop the bf to 5% Dahart :D has great amount of mass already, if he really wants to he can go up on stage I say 5 months or less
