That suks - Kane has some good advice there - don't let it get you down. The cycling is a great way to rehab the knee. Remember to ice afterwrds and take the anti inflammatory. I'd say rest a while then do machine squats and stuff like that instead of the real deal because you are less likely to injur it on a conrtrolled exercise. Massage is great for that too - try to get a script for it so the insurance pays for it (Phys therapy) Another great idea would be to soak in a mineral bath if you have a legit spa nearby (not one of those frou frou places where you get our nails done...) I took my sore knees recently to a mineral springs spa and after half day in the pool felt like they were regenerated.
