Shit got crazy today during my leg workout. I finished everything except lunges, because I was struggling to stand and I knew lunges would not go over well. Looks like I will be splitting up leg day to be able to finish everything.
I have really been putting a lot of emphasis on legs the past few months, and I am really happy with how they are progressing.
For some reason, I am a little sore this week. I have not been sore in months. I did change up my workout routine on Monday, but I don't think the volume changed. Soreness is never a bad thing, though. I guess I am really pushing it hard if I am getting sore again.
