can't be helped. i had a hard time stopping my drinking habit. but my belly is ...getting large and..after a very psychological fight with my dad, who is a drunkard..I just...stopped and never drank again. stop drinking and replace that with whey or milk ^^

Terrible workout, couldn't get my act together, still had a crap night's sleep last night some bitch rang me and kept me awake talking shit. Man I gotta get back on track today.

Now. I have NOTHING to blame other than my own stupidity here. I wasn't feeling great on Tuesday, I was hardly able to go to work with a sore throat and headache and pains in my bones. Was coming down with a cold or something. It suddenly disappeared on Wednesday after a good night's sleep so I decide to go deadlifting even though my back was still sore from last week's deadlift. I should have taken this week off from deads, but OHHH NOOO dave had to go and fucking go and do it anyways and sabotage myself. I should have dropped the bar when I felt the pain but I decided on going for that 3rd rep. Probably going to have to lay off for the next 3 weeks on the dead, doubt I'm going to make my 420 dead goal by september now. Maybe it was an unrealistic goal anyways, to think I was going to gain like 50-60lbs on it in 10 weeks. Looks like benching will be my priority for the next few weeks after this.

I'm so fucking pissed off with myself. But I'm just gonna bust my ass on bench and do more squatting now. I really am neglecting my squats so maybe I should replace my deads with moderate squats for a few weeks
 
nice workin irish. we all have days like that. 420 is a nice goal on Deads. I'll be sure to rep that out today for ya :) limp hammy and all.
