Now. I have NOTHING to blame other than my own stupidity here. I wasn't feeling great on Tuesday, I was hardly able to go to work with a sore throat and headache and pains in my bones. Was coming down with a cold or something. It suddenly disappeared on Wednesday after a good night's sleep so I decide to go deadlifting even though my back was still sore from last week's deadlift. I should have taken this week off from deads, but OHHH NOOO dave had to go and fucking go and do it anyways and sabotage myself. I should have dropped the bar when I felt the pain but I decided on going for that 3rd rep. Probably going to have to lay off for the next 3 weeks on the dead, doubt I'm going to make my 420 dead goal by september now. Maybe it was an unrealistic goal anyways, to think I was going to gain like 50-60lbs on it in 10 weeks. Looks like benching will be my priority for the next few weeks after this.
