board hell or whatever you want to call it. no board, 1, 2, 3, 4 all for sets of 5 all in a row with 30 seconds in between sets. 245lbs

barbell military didn't have them in me today 225x5, i should be able to hit 10

comp grip bench 295x10 should have more, did these with a hard tuck as my pec is tender. I am stronger using some pec raw.

rear delts and side delts superset 3x12 each

I stopped posting it because no one looks at this shit anymore, i only posted it for constructive critisism and suggestions but i never seem to get any.
 
I am pretty beat up right now, tried to get through the workout but the elbows slowed me down

close grip, touch and go 295 2x12

decline 345x6 this was absolute torture on my elbows

hammer military 2 plates and a quarter per side 2x15

side laterals 30 lbs x20
40 lbs x15

comp grip bench 315x6 absolutely torture again, probably should have went lighter

band pushdowns 2x12

Going to ice the old elbows.

do you need to cut any weight for the meet?
if not keep eating get ur strength up

how are the rest of ur lifts progressing
 
Well now i am sick, which explains alot, lol. Everything is fine except the last two days but this explains it now as everyone i have been around since i was at II is sick.

i would still do your meet..use it for experience..IM glad i had my friend their otherwise i would have stuck to my original plan for squatting and most likely bombed out..i may not have gotten a huge total but i went 6/7

youll be fine..do what you need to do and nothing more

I am doing it regardless, i just meant this is a hell of a time to get sick.
 
DE squats, i have not squated with bands in 6 months.

325 plus choked greens 9x2 1x3 at the end.

reverse hypers 3x12

I have been doing glute ham raises a bit on and off, i will do some tonight as i have it in my bedroom.

My conditioning is awful, i almost vommited after doing these. My speed sucks as well. I am going to be alternating weeks after the meet of speed box squats and no gear free squats. I already feel my hips cramping a bit.

I am just getting over a cold and working on minimal sleep the last couple days, i was at work till 5am last night, and back at 11am this morning.
