looks like i am going to start a journal

Hung out in the gym for three hours, did a few sets of upper back and cheered while Joel deadlifted. I still feel crappy.
 
Tried new shirt today two ply Titan F6, and this is my new shirt. It allowed me to not get bunched up at the bottom like the rage x did. I like it alot.

475x1 flew up like no weight on the bar about an inch and a half from touching

520 pretty good about a half inch from touching, didn't here my partner call it so i shot it up this would have been a 5 lb pr

540 good, worked hard for this really grinded it. 25lb pr.

4 board 385, 425 x3

I was done here, my lockout was shot from the last shirted rep. It was a great workout seeing as how i was so sluggish, and sick the last week.
 
600, 640, 680 all good on depth. Things are starting to come together and my goals seem attainable. Thanks to Joel, John, and Chris, and the rest of the II crew. And thanks to DJ for throwing me a suit. I appreciate it.
 
575 x 3 singles. Not hard, getting my breath and setting up is still tough. this is my opener, going to try and hit this and 600 next week, should not be tough. That should be my first and second attempt.

Yup, let me tell you, that thing is fucking unconfortable, lol. And it does not give me the pop off the floor it did before.

believe it or not i dropped afew since the meet even with my Guinness binge and tonite my shirt felt noticeably looser

I am still around 281, going back down to 260ish after, then back up. Want to put a little more muscle on and less fat. The single ply pro material losens up quite a bit from what i have been told. The fucking thing can split your nut sack as well, i think i may do the goggins and sport a cup and a jock.
