worked up to 600x1, and missed 635 twice

I went wider than i should have on the 600 and fried my glutes locking it out. Stupid move, but got 635 to my knees. If i wasn't fried it would have been a better shot. Oh well, now i know where i am to start training for the meet in july.

felt OK, i was visibly smaller, i guess that is what happens when you don't eat.

Thats it. A little sore from my time off.
 
first day back in the shirt in 5 weeks

445, 495, 525, 545 all for singles off 2 board.

That was it, called it a night since i am real beat up from my first week back. Felt surprisingly good though in the shirt.

No but i am stronger and feel better at this weight. I will probably hold steady at 265. I have lost it very slowly. My ability to get through workouts is much improved, and i am dead sexy again. :naughty:

skipped upper back and went home. Gonna have to stretch upper back into three workouts from now on, i need to start hammering my posterior harder.

nice work. Same kinda thing happened to me, my gym was closed and i had to go to my old gym.

Yeah, it kind of sucked, but i let some of the other guys get thier shirt work in, and i just helped spot. I will bench tomorrow with a 700 guy at 220.
