I have alot of yard work to do this weekend so I not be drinking as much. Heat and Beer do not mix. Plus I have to stay focused on my tasks.

My Body is feeling really beat to hell. I think next week I will not go heavy and prob do more reps. We shall see. Esp on bench prob 225 x 5 / 5 sets
