Comprehending and reading are two different things-

Get off the scale and stop taking bodyfat tests! Don't get on it for the next 2 weeks.

Second throw the keto sticks away they again mean crap. Anybody that tells you differently has no idea about dieting.

i bought some italian sausage.. its 0 carbs 16 grams fat (7 saturated) 200 cals etc is it cool if i eat that for breakfast with some egg whites? and i also bought some wild shark meat and tuna steak all that sound good?
 
ok quick note i been looking at other peoples keto diets and this mother fucker here has got some tasty food and everyone on his forum says its gtg what do you guys think..

meal1: steak, 4 eggs, 4 pieces of bacon, 2 oz of cheese
meal2: 2 peperoni sticks and 2oz of cheese
meal3: 1 scoop of whey isolate, 2 tbsp of natural penut butter, 2 tbsp of olive oil, 8oz water, 5 ice cubes
meal4: 2 pork chops, 1 large ceaser salad with 3 pieces of bacon and lots of cheese
meal5: 2 hamburger patties with melted cheese with mayo and mustard
meal6: same as meal 3

i could eat that for the rest of my life man that cant be keto friendly..
 
that's just filled with crappy fats... where as it'll keep you keto, it'll also kill you by the time your 40.... your keto diet doesn't look as good cuz it does its best to incorporate good fats.. not bad ones..

bacon?? peperoni sticks?? pork chops?? hamburger patties?? horrible..

i wonder what homeboys lipid profiles gonna look like after that

i will personally give you $100 if you stop changing shit, considering changing shit, and just stick to one thing, without getting on the scale or fucking with the space age body fat tester that tells how much fat vs muscle you've lost. Just do that for 2 weeks and you've got $100

listen man, im just busting balls, but that shit gets annoying after a while when you're trying to help someone.

Plain and simple, like we all said, you're overthinking it. Stop worrying about why/how/what and just stick with it for a while. Like i said before... who gives a fuck how much you weigh, as long as you look good. You can't expect things to change for the better if you don't give them a chance to work.

This is all a game of re-dos as i call it. I've been at this for almost 20 years and I'm still learning new shit. So just relax, stick with it, and you'll do fine.
 
it takes a lot longer to figure it out yourself versus listening to people who have been through it already... just chill bud.. follow directions.. simple as that...
 
Swole. You have been getting some incredibly advice here. Read it, understand it, and implement it. The biggest challenge in this whole game is the patience part. It is so easy to get wrapped up in the immediate results that we lose sight of what's really important and that's longevity. Stick with one thing or a couple of small things that can be easily implemented and come back to this thread in a few months and tell us about the great strides you have made.

Something that I think may be even MORE beneficial to you than anything else would be getting back to the basics... Forget cutting, bulking, etc... Eat clean, train hard, and do some cardio. I'd bet if you did those 3 things, you'd find yourself in a very good spot in a few months from now; bigger and leaner than today.

im at 182 lbs and ive been stalled there for a little over a week now.. should i up cardio or cut calories..
 
Yeh ive been refeeding like 300 grams clean carbs and little fat every 7 days its been a month now. i havnt lost any weight in about 7-9 days. also ive been changing up cardio a bit.. some days ill do high intensity for like 20-25 min. but i dont think thats the problem bc it used to work for me
