ok ill give you credit that you have made progress from the original picture in september, but bro, you have the oddest looking physique I have ever seen.

My legs havent grown that much, thighs only .5", calves havent seen anything yet. Ill take a remeasuring in a few weeks

I was eating 5-6000 a day. then I moved to 7-8000 a day. Im still trying to eat more. And yes I actually am. Granted more than half of the calories are sloppy. It still counts.

2 Bacon, Egg Cheese & Sausage Biscuits : 1000calories
1 20oz cup of Starbucks Coffee : 200calories
Calories Intake : 2520

Snack (10:00-11:00am)
5 Kellogs Strawberry Yogurt Granola Bars : 450 Calories
Coffee + Soda : 320 Calories
Calorie Intake : 770

Lunch (12:00-1:00pm)
15" Cousins Sub + Extra Cheese + Extra Mayo : 1500 calories
Coffee + Soda : 320
Calorie Intake : 1820

Snack (2:00-3:00pm)
5 Kellogs Strawberry Yogurt Granola Bars : 450 Calories
Coffee + Soda : 320 Calories
Calorie Intake : 770

Dinner (4:00-7:00pm)
2 Chicken Breasts + Potatoes + Green Beans : 800 calories
2 Sodas : 280
Calorie Intake: 1080

Snack (8:00-10:00pm)
5 packages of Ramen Noodles : 1150 calories
Calorie Intake : 1150

Grand Total : 8110 Calories
Drink 1-2 Gallons of water a day also... Yeah I piss practically every single hour.

sorry take off a few calories for soda. This is an average day for me.
 
I can remember exactly what I ate last week as well. Want me to put down those numbers. I can eat like a fucking beast. Im still waiting on my insurance cards because I need to see the doctor for a lot of shit.... AND OBVIOUSLY if Im having this much calorie intake every day. granted somedays will be at 7000 WHATEVER. I should not be losing the weight like I have been. And barely seeing improvement like How long its been taking.

1 bagel - 300 calories
5 Oatmeal Cream Pie Cookies - 900 calories
5 packages of Cheddar peanut butter cookies - 1000 calories
1 protein shake - 230 calories

Intake for breakfast - 2430

5 Ramen Noodles - 1000 calories
4 cans of salmon - 240
4 servings of Dried Fried Onions- 200 calories
2 cheddar peanutbutter crackers - 400 calories
1 Soda - 120 calories
Calorie Intake for lunch time - 1960

Intake so far - 4390

I have 2 Digorno Pizzas waiting to get eaten tonight. and I plan on finishing them.

2 Full Pizza's 4800 calories

IF accomplished will equal 9190 calories for the day
