Quick chest workout last night, then I went for a smorgasboard of drugs and hot wings. Unfortunately didn't pull any tail :( This one asian chick visiting from the states was on my junk but my buddy wouldn't take the fat friend.

One Arm DB CLean and press 45lb 1X10

I suprised myself on deads since i only ate some ice cream, cookies and a half a burger before my workout(Which was at 730), and my mp3 player ran out of batteries as soon as i fired it up.

I'm back.

I got a back workout today I'll be logging later. Last week was 325X18, no belt/wraps or straps, stopped simply bc of grip failure. You reggins think I can pull 600 by new years?
 
I'll see how otday's back workout goes, I think I'll rep out 500 just to feel it out. Maybe pull some heavy singles after that. If I make 600 I'll get video footage for my groupies.
